The Children’s Aid Society of Toronto asks visitors to their web site, “Do you have room in your heart for one more?” Ten years ago, Julie Bays and Adam Growe, along with their three children, answered that question with a huge YES! Since then, the family has loved, cared for and said goodbye to seven children who arrived in their home as newborns.

Meet Marjorie Malpass, founder and CEO of Nerve Strategic in Toronto. She and her seven associates focus on building business presence. The business is a success and it was the result of a Catalyst that Marjorie fondly calls, “an act of desperation.”
